Process:

To Install Gimp, we need to add external repositories in our system so we can download and install Gimp in the Easy and simple way!

Open Terminal

Here you need to add three commands One after the One to add the repositories

The first command 

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:otto-kesselgulasch/gimp

Second command

sudo apt-get update

 Third command

sudo apt-get install gimp

After entering the third command, it will ask for your password, just enter your password if asked and hit the Enter button.

Similarly, it will ask again by giving two options [ y/n ], Just type 'y' and hit enter, now the Gimpe will begin installing into your system.
